This is to anyone who has (or has had) an imaginary friend, or makes up OCs (original characters), stories, etc.
How many times have you wished for all of that to be real? Probably all the time, right?

For example, I think Mui is super suuuper cute, and I wish that he'd be my neighbor and flutter over to tell me about his half angel adventures XD [link]

And my imaginary friend Nyte is a big culprit (and of course he knows ). I talk to him a lot inside my head as if he lived and breathed, but technically he's nothing. He doesn't exist. But in my mind he does.

Getting to the point: doesn't this sound an awful lot like schizophrenia? I wonder if it's possible to become insane after daydreaming so much that eventually what's nothing becomes something. But only to yourself. So then you're certifiably cuckoo.

Ffff I stayed up until night became morning talking to a friend of mine. I figured I'd be super tired this morning, but instead I feel like I could do anything! Is this a normal side effect for night owls? Teehee I guess I had so much fun chatting It's awesome having friends like that

Tales of Symphonia 2 continues to provide endless entertainment In the game the two main characters (girl and boy) are basically set up together, and their relationship is predictably very coy and awkward. At first the girl annoyed me, but now I want to know if it'll work out between them XD They're both growing on me!!

Alrighty!!! The next journal I submit will hopefully be the first of the New Year! December's got a lot already. I'll lay out a To-Do list of sorts...and it'll be my resolution to try finishing all of my projects. Sound good? I dare you to do it, too! It's a trap!!!!!

Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World!

omg!!! This game is just hilarious!!!!
It's just begging for a pairing between oh-so-uke main character (already forgot his name, uhhh..) OH OH UHRRR ELI! NO, EMIII..iiiIIL! EMIL! YEAH! anyway, Emil x ...crap, uhhh the red-haired dude. names starts with R. uh. ERGH

basically it's asking future fangirls to make a yaoi pairing right off the bat, and then Emil goes and turns into a knight-something-or-other and goes into battle right after, and his voice FREAKING GOES THROUGH PUBERTY!!! It caught me off guard so much. I pressed A and then my eyes must've boggled or something. I know I had my mouth open for 90% of the time XD THIS GAME IS SO FUNNYYYY

Don't get me wrong, I like it a lot. In fact, I can't wait to play it more tomorrow! But seriously XD!!!! I haven't internally chuckled so much in quite a while

Anyhoos. How's everything? I think I'll do a few doodles before bed. I'm home from a short Christmas trip, but don't want to sleep just yet. Sheesh, this is probably one of those rare occasions where I update my journal a tad more frequently in the month! I do that to my diary, too >___>

Sooooooooooo first and foremost Merry Christmas! Although I like saying it 'happy christmas, harry', in which i laugh and chortle for a moment and people look at me weird since they don't know what's wrong with me. *cough* Moving on~

I just came back from James Cameron's Avatar, and it was indeed QUITE AMAZING. I liked it a lot. I wasn't very enthused to begin with, thanks to so many people recoiling from the sci-fi-ness of it, but I'm really glad that it was that incredible because it proved me right XD I KNEW IT WAS GONNA BE GOOD ARRRRG! hahaha~ I really hate how so many people think of animation as something juvenile, because look at how much time and money go into tools and innovation that is complicated, time-consuming, and costly, JUST to create images that can't be done in reality. People get turned off if a movie is said to be animated. It makes me want to pull my hair out D:< Hopefully something like this film will make some eyes open about the art used to make it as well as its message.

YAY POST-CHRISTMAS BRAGGING TIME! 8D The Art of Tim Burton! I OWN IT! Any fan of his should get it, too D: Seriously. If you guys get any Christmas cash but not this book, LOOK INTO IT. It's like a glimpse into his brain. His style is kind of comical! You have to see it to believe it And it has a little bit of biography, and snippets from fellow coworkers and friends...it'll also make you look back at what you think is a typical 'Tim Burton style', because his drawings are really scribbly and not as much with the creepiness. There IS creepiness, but not as polished or stereotypically Burtonized as you may have thought. The creativity is the same though, and it OOZES FROM THE PAGES, I SWEAR. It's an amazing collection, and I highly recommend it for any hardcore Burton fan. MUST-HAVE MUST-HAVE MUST-HAVE!!!

I gotta go watch the classic Sabrina (AUDREY HEPBURN YEEEEAAAHHH) with the family, so in the meantime you guys need to tell me: what's your favorite Christmas present? What didja get? Tell me about it!!!

2.) I've been in orchestra for at least 5 years, and every year I say that I'm going to quit but don't.
3.) I have several weird obsessions. Certain jackets and menswear drive me giddy. And cowlicks. And other things that I can't think of..
4.) I have a diary that I've been writing in since 2005!
5.) I'm kind of unhappy with my drawing style right now. I want to break free of the anime-ness, but what comes out looks like stuff that other people have already done. It's hard, but I'm working on it...
6.) I never wear makeup unless it's a special occasion. It's too confusing and time-consuming, and I'd rather just go out looking 'raw' anyway. :/ But when i DO put on makeup, I'm kind of good at it 8D
7.) I've been told that I get excited over small things. This is most likely very very true.
8.) I've also been told that I use big words [in normal conversation]. Also quite true. (I even think up of words that I don't know what they mean...and when I look them up, 9 times out of 10 it'll turn out I was even using them correctly.)

10.) A lot of times I think to idealistically and stray from reality, but that's part of my motivation. I always BELIEVE that what I imagine can become reality, and therefore I'll make it so.

Well, following up on the past journal entry, GUESS WHAT I GOT SICK WITH A VIRUS RIGHT AFTERWARDS. LOL SUCKERYYYY

Looking into next year (haha change subject), my friends sound like they're ready and rarin' to go to Anime Matsuri. We were thinking of sharing a room, that sort of thing. I was thinking of opening an Artists Table...if I manage to get a few things to mini-mass-produce some PVC figures (that would take some experimenting for sure), or buttons, or keychains. I'd probably get some watercolors of anime characters ready, and some plushies. Commissions, too. Maybe even enlist some of my pals to join in. It would take work, but I think it'd be fun XD

Am I ever excited about my cosplay idea, too 8D
So yeah! 2010 = Anime Matsuri...? We'll see!

bleargh i cant think of anything to say, but i dont wanna go to bed. i'll hang around, i suppose. how're you guys?

I had a pretty awful day today, and I won't go into much detail since nobody likes a killjoy, drama queen, teen angst, emo wannabe, what have you. Basically there's a lot of stress and guilt going on at school and even my face is starting to look more like a pizza because of it. And with art stuff, I have the case of SERIOUS LAG. As in artsies have come to a standstill, and for that I am seriously dissapointed in myself because I hate making promises that I can't keep. This is especially directed towards my Grade E pals, who I promised a comic and roleplays, but I just haven't had a shred of time. As I write this I need to be reading 10 chapters of Charles Dickens by tomorrow, and go for a quick shop for gifts for friends since this is the last week of school before break (THANK THE LAWD). I even need to sleep early for an event tomorrow. These seem like cheap excuses to me since i WANT to be drawing and spending some time with my fellow deviants! I WANT to be painting ideas that have crammed inside my head, and animating a video that I have models ready and waiting for!

Anyways, I need to be going now, and I wanted to explain why there hasn't been much ACTUAL activity on my part. I'll be back soon, hopefully! Christmas is right around the corner, and it'll pull me out of the rut I'm in, I'm sure You guys all have a merry winter, alright? Cyuz~
