lol, that reminds me that water in a cake recipe can be substituted for orange juice...i think. I'd have to look on the Net to back that up, but if a cake requires zucchini, then I think I'm right XD hahaha~

it also reminds me that I didn't know until recently that pickles are actually cucumbers 8D

you didn't know pickles were cucumbers?!! O_O

the cake I'm talking about is Zucchini bread, which is just like banana bread with out banana's.

You might be thinking of sugar, in some cakes you can use applesauce instead of sugar.

and nope, im pretty sure you can substitute water for orange juice, and you won't even taste it...supposedly :paranoid: I say that cuz I've heard of the applesauce thing, too XD And you can substitute egg whites for meringue stuff! 8D (again, i think) Wow, the cooking world is so fascinating :omg:

Why would anyone substitue water for Orange juice? Has anyone ever NOT had water, when they had orange juice?!
